What you’ll do:

  • Create motion graphics and videos for our clients’ marketing strategy
  • Develop and create assets for digital marketing, including video, 2D, 3D, and motion graphics
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to create viral video content
  • Collaborate with creative team members to storyboard motion graphics and videos
  • Respond to client feedback and data analysis to improve and test creative product
  • Select audio, video, and animation for video and motion graphics
  • Edit video and audio footage to enhance motion graphics
  • Performs multiple roles for video shoots, such as cameraperson, sound engineer, and director as needed
  • Develop, create, and edit graphics and videos for use across digital ecosystem (social media, website, CRM, community) and for digital ads
  • Provide graphic design and video editing to support various campaigns across digital marketing
  • Assist in asset management, coordination, and sourcing; own the overall asset management process from start to finish
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and formats for graphic and motion design
  • Oversee creative content and provide creative direction as needed
  • Collaborate with the clients and Midwestern's Engineering, Design, and PM teams as needed

Who you are:

  • Mastery of the creative process from Ideation to scripting, storyboarding, and delivering the final product
  • Experience using a 3D package to combine 2D and 3D in complex motion graphics (C4D, Blender)
  • Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience producing original content with Adobe Premiere or After Effects
  • Expert ability to deliver and take constructive criticism as part of a larger creative and advertising team
  • A proven track record of learning about new technologies, tools, and types of graphics 
  • A thorough understanding of the digital landscape and how users want to engage with content
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage and complete multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A flexible collaborator who isn't afraid to play with content and idea
  • Must be able to communicate effectively written and verbally in English
