Who You Are:

We seek a skilled and experienced System Integration Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with engineering managers, OEMs, third-party providers, and stakeholders to design and develop software products that seamlessly integrate with other systems and applications in our product eco-system. The successful candidate will lead the requirements gathering process from inception to production and ensure that they meet our clients’ and integrations specifications.

What You Will Do:

o Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to identify and comply with API and
application-level integration specifications.
o Analyze existing application and technology implementations and identify gaps to propose
enhancements and optimizations.
o Collaborate and guide engineers and architects to develop complete and detailed data
dictionary documents, design specifications, system diagrams, estimates, and project
roadmaps related to integration initiatives.
o Collaborate with engineering managers to successfully implement technical solutions.
o Participate in collaborative communication with OEM and third-party partners to ensure system
compliance to specifications.
o Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to make informed recommendations to
clients and project teams.
o Ensure that all solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the organization's
quality standards.
o Contribute to the backlog by developing use cases and user stories related to integration
scenarios both from an API and application perspective.
o Conduct detailed analysis of data dictionary objects and develop data mapping scenarios for all
integration points from client application data to vendor partner data.
o Troubleshoot and provide technical support as needed during implementation.
o Hand walk OEM certifications to completion.

What You Will Need:

o Experience working with DMS software integrations in the automotive industry.
o Experience with integrating software products with other systems and applications.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team environment.
o Working understanding of API frameworks, such as REST, and SOAP.
o Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL.
o Knowledge of leveraging technology to deliver solutions.
o Excellent data analysis skill set with the ability to map and condense data models from
disparate data sources
o Strong understanding of security principles and integration best practices.

Education and Experience

o Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or relevant 10+ years of
experience designing and developing integrations between various systems and technologies.
o 7+ years of experience with OEM communication standards and DMS operations

Preferred Skills/Abilities (Nice-to-haves):

o Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
o This is a fully remote role.
